1.General Policy
Good Samaritans India is a nonprofit organization. Donations received are allocated immediately toward charitable programs; therefore, donations are generally non-refundable.

 

2. Exceptional Circumstances
2.1 Refunds may be considered only in cases of:
– Duplicate transactions.
– Erroneous amounts charged due to technical or processing errors.
2.2 Requests for refund must be submitted in writing to info@goodsamaritaninda.in within seven (7) calendar days of the transaction date.

 

3. Processing of Refunds
3.1 Approved refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment within a reasonable period, subject to applicable banking procedures.
3.2 The Organization shall not be responsible for any delays outside its control.

 

4. No Return of Goods
The Organization does not sell goods or commercial services. This Policy applies solely to donations.
